Parkinson's patients, you will receive a Wacom signature tablet & access to
the web portal application for up to 3 months, completely free of charge!

You must either be a patient that has been diagnosed
with Parkinsons disease and undergoing medication
treatment or a physciain overseeing the medical care
of Parkinsons patients.
Have access to the following hardware & software:
